The Department of Veterinary Medicine at the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for several Teaching Assistant positions. Successful candidates will be supported in pursuing their graduate studies (Master and Doctor of Philosophy degrees) at internationally recognized universities abroad. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing an academic career and a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and community service. Applicants are required to submit a detailed curriculum vitae, including: • A brief statement outlining their vision for teaching at UAEU. • A summary of their research interests and future academic goals.

Applicants must: • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognized and reputable university. • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent). • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and adequate English proficiency with a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (Academic).

Preference will be given to candidates holding Master’s degree from a recognized and reputable university, particularly in one of the following specialization areas: • Internal Medicine (equine/large animal/small animal) • Surgery (equine/large animal/small animal) • Radiology • Theriogenology • Aquatic Veterinary Medicine • Avian Medicine • Wildlife and Conservation Medicine
