The Department of Integrative Agriculture at the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for several Teaching Assistant positions. Successful candidates will be supported in pursuing their graduate studies (Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees) at internationally recognized universities abroad. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing an academic career and a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and community service. Applicants are required to submit a detailed curriculum vitae, including: • A brief statement outlining their vision for teaching at UAEU. • A summary of their research interests and future academic goals.

Applicants must: • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Fisheries and Animal Science/Agricultural Resource Management/Horticulture from a recognized and reputable university. • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent). • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and adequate English proficiency with a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (Academic).

Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master of Science degree from a recognized and reputable university, particularly in one of the following specialization areas: • Plant Pathology • Pesticides • Honeybees • Agricultural Machinery • Marine Science • Aquaculture Science • Aquaculture Engineering • Plant Breeding • Animal Breeding • Poultry Breeding • Agricultural Extension • Technology Transfer • AI in agriculture
