Admissions Specialist

Job Description

Responsible to provide administrative support to admission section by checking the applications forms and documents submitted by prospective students* Checks and verifies documents, certificates and application form submitted by prospective students. * Assesses certificates issued by private schools to check how these can be equated with those from public schools. * Supervises student status to check if all requirements have been completed for admission. * Issues student ID cards to admitted students. * Prepares reports and statistics for the admission section. * Handles student queries with respect to admission process. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Minimum Qualification

* Interpersonal skills * Knowledge of Registration process * Knowledge of University by laws and regulations* Baccalaureate Degree/Higher Diploma * 3-6 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualification

Baccalaureate Degree/Higher Diploma
