An Electrical engineer or a Physicist is needed in this position with excellent understanding of semiconductor devices Physics especially with light interaction (Opto-electronics). Thus a good familiarity of modelling these physical systems using TCAD/FEM tools is a must and a proven experience is necessary for evaluation. The hired researcher will be able to collaborate with researchers from Canadian Universities and will have full support for the simulation tool from a leading international company.

• An appropriate educational degree supplemented with documented evidence to support the following: • MS/PhD • Semiconductor electronics/Physics • Capable of conducting tests and simulation independently.

• Opto-electronics good understanding both at modeling/simulation. Laboratory experience is considered but not in the first year.
