The Department of Electrical and Communications Engineering at the College of Engineering at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for several Teaching Assistant positions. Successful candidates will be supported in pursuing their graduate studies (Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees) at internationally recognized universities abroad. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing an academic career and a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and community service. Applicants are required to submit a detailed curriculum vitae including: • A brief statement outlining their vision for teaching at UAEU. • A summary of their research interests and future academic goals.

Applicants must: • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering from a recognized and reputable university. • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent). • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and adequate English proficiency with a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (Academic).

Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering from a recognized and reputable university, particularly in one of the following specialization areas: • Computer Engineering, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence • Electronics and Optoelectronic Engineering • Network and Microwave Engineering • Power, Control, Energy, and Systems Engineering
