Job Description

1. Coordinate the administrative systems within the Auxiliary services unit. 2. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective services to connecting groups. 3. Assist in reviewing financial and statistical reports using spreadsheets. 4. Manage, organize, and update relevant data required by the Director of Auxiliary Services using database application. 5. Interpret instructions and issues arising in the unit, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures. 6. Researches , summarizes and analyzes information and complies data to assist in preparing ad hoc and recurring reports. 7. Selects relevant information from a variety of sources to answer a variety of source to answer a variety of requests . 8. Prepares or direct preparation of minutes , notices, manuals , agendas , and correspondence with all supporting documentation. 9. Screens phone calls and visitors , directing to appropriate staff or department when necessary ; provide information requiring comprehensive knowledge and may interpret department policy , procedure and operations. 10. Assigns work to unit staff and monitors production .

Minimum Qualification

• Microsoft office suite • Interpersonal skills • Knowledge of English • Must be UAE National • Baccalaureate Degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administration or other related fields.
