The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) College of Education invites applications for the post of Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education. The successful candidate will have: 1. A PhD/EdD in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field e.g. Childhood Studies; 2. The ability to effectively train students to teach/work in early childhood settings with children aged 0-8; 3. A strong commitment to teaching excellence and student supervision at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels; 4. An excellent research capability in their field of expertise as demonstrated by research metrics e.g. H index, externally funded grants, and publications in highly ranked journals 5. Proven track record of working with outside agencies on project work. Please note candidates MUST have an earned PhD/EdD. UAEU is based in the city of Al Ain in the Abu Dhabi Emirate. This city is approximately 90 minutes’ drive from both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
