Qualifications: Minimum a Master's degree in Food Science (Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology) or a related field. Proven experience with HPLC systems, preferably in the context of food analysis. Strong foundation in food chemistry and microbiology, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical research. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative research environment and adapt to evolving project needs. Exceptional multitasking skills, allowing for effective management of various project aspects simultaneously. Experience in supervising and mentoring junior researchers or students. Proficiency in academic writing, evidenced by publications, reports, or coursework. Skills and Attributes: Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in experimental procedures and data analysis.
