General Tasks Provide administrative support to the Secretary General Office Ensure smooth documentation flow to/from Secretary General Organize meetings, prepare agenda and minutes Other duties as assigned by the Secretary General and the NIHS Office Specialized Tasks Provide administrative support to the different Committees and council, including organizing meeting, preparing agenda and taking minutes. Organize, collect, arrange all necessary accreditation data from stakeholders. Extensive Communication with members of scientific committees Ensure accreditation requirements files are finalized and delivered in time to the NIHS Other tasks as assigned by the Secretary General Provide administrative support to the Scientific Committees
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, English and/or health related field.

- 2 years of continuous administrative work experience - Experience preferably in Postgraduate Medical Education Administration
