Job Description

The overall goal of the job is to facilitate efficient operations and support strategic initiatives within the College of Education at UAEU. This includes coordinating schedules and communications, maintaining accurate records, assisting with data analysis and reporting, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries, organizing events and programs, managing college procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting commercial planning and marketing efforts, fostering collaboration among departments and stakeholders, and demonstrating flexibility to contribute to the achievement of office and institutional objectives as directed by the Dean and Vice Dean.  Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for effective and timely communication.  Ensure accurate and accessible information by maintaining complete office records, databases, and file systems.  Assist with data analysis, report writing, and presentation creation.  Respond promptly and professionally to incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.  Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports as requested.  Assist in organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops, including logistical management.  Manage other college procedures, such as practicum and internship programs.  Ensure compliance with applicable rules, procedures, and regulations.  Assist with commercial planning and marketing for the College of Education.  Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders from the College of Education and other UAEU entities and offices as needed.  Undertake other delegated tasks as allocated by the Dean and Vice Dean, displaying flexibility and agility to support the overall aims of the office and institution.

Minimum Qualification

 BSc/Ba in a relevant field  Mater Degree is preferable

Expected Skills

 Proven experience as Service Assistant, office coordinator or in a similar role Relevant Experience is similar role
