MSc in Food Science or related field Operating HPLC system and ability to arrange analysis independently. Responsibilities: • Conduct food analysis experiments and tests using advanced laboratory techniques. • Assist in the development and implementation of research methodologies and protocols. • Collect, record, and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. • Collaborate with team members to interpret experimental results and contribute to research findings. • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and functioning. • Assist in the preparation of research reports, scientific papers, and presentations. • Stay updated with current scientific literature and advancements in food science. • Support senior researchers in planning and organizing research projects. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment. • Assist in training and supervising undergraduate students or junior laboratory staff. Requirements: • Minimum MSc degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. • Strong knowledge and practical experience in food analysis, food chemistry, and food microbiology. • Proficient in conducting laboratory experiments and operating analytical instruments. • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. • Familiarity with statistical analysis software and scientific data management tools. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Flexibility to adapt to changing research priorities and deadlines. • Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to laboratory practices. • expected to start as soon as possible.
