Maintenance Technician, attending all type of maintenance at CMHS building which includes electrical, plumping, aluminum, carpentry and drainage. Also support all activities at CMHS Evaluate, monitor and facilitate contractor work progress of CMHS buidling renovation project. Routine inspection of the entire facility on a daily bases. Support IT and AV section for modifications and maintenace within the campus. Support faculty and staff for requirement that comes on a daily bases. Supervise and support administration department for any major maintenance and modification works. Supports students and externals activities in and around the building. Support facilities department in the absences of the supervisor. Support housing department in the absence of staff and in case of emergencies. Purchase petty cash materials on emergency bases. Any other duties assigned by his immediate supervisor and superiors Electrical Works. • Maintaining and over-haling of main panels and switch boards. • Maintenance of existing electrical systems in the campus. • Replacing damaged bulbs and tubes for lighting all over the campus. • Maintain stocks of emergency electrical consumables and spares for maintenance works. Plumping • All plumping works like modification, repair and maintenance of existing facilities and new minor requirements. • All plumping works for the irrigation system including break down maintenance and rectification works. • Maintain stocks of emergency plumping materials for maintenance works. Carpentry & Aluminum Works • Repair and maintenance of all wooden and aluminum works in the campus. Space Management • Modify work spaces according the requirement and need for the faculty and staff members as and when required. Emergency • Support emergency calls related to power failure or piping works or any other emergency situation 24 x 7.

Trade Certificates in Mechanical Should have at least 10-15 years’ experience in MEP Works
