Research Assistant

Job Description

We seek a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our clinical research initiatives in the domains of clinical neurophysiology and neuropsychology. The role involves leading and supporting various aspects of research, from data collection to manuscript preparation. Manage and execute research projects, including data collection and management. Develop and write research proposals and protocols. Analyze data, perform statistical analysis, and prepare results for publication and grant applications. Conduct research experiments and maintain laboratory equipment. Ensure compliance with safe laboratory practices. Develop and administer neuropsychological tests. Collect and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Schedule and manage study participants, including data tracking and record maintenance. Conduct clinical neurophysiology experiments (e.g., EEG, TMS, Evoked Potentials). Perform data analysis (Matlab, EEGLAB, TESA, statistical packages, etc.)

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's in Neuropsychology, Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in an academic or research institution. Experience in human clinical research and patient contact. Proficient in computer skills, data entry, and database maintenance. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Proficiency in Arabic language.

Preferred Qualification

Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuropsychology, or related discipline. Neuroimaging experience. We value exceptional organizational and communication skills.
