The UAE University/College of IT/Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering invites applications for an instructor position. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The application package should include a cover letter, a detailed resume, a brief description of current/future research activities, teaching philosophy, and courses taught. English is the language of instruction and communication. Screening of applications will continue until the position is filled.

Applicants must have an earned Ph.D. degree in the Computer Science or closely related areas. Required/Minimum qualifications include: • The ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in CS, Data Science, and/or Software Engineering • Evidence of excellence in teaching and student supervision at the undergraduate and graduate levels. • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty across multiple departments and programs.

Preferred qualifications include: • Established record of high-quality research publications in internationally recognized journals and conferences in the area of Computer Science. • Demonstrated experience in securing research grants and contracts.
