The Department of Information Systems and Security (ISS) at the College of Information Technology (CIT), United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is seeking highly qualified individuals to apply for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Information Security with a focus on Secure Intelligent Systems. CIT is looking for candidates who can contribute to its expanding undergraduate and graduate programs in Information Security and related areas through outstanding teaching and research. As an Assistant/Associate Professor, you will have the opportunity to teach, conduct research, and collaborate with industry partners to advance knowledge and practice in securing Intelligent Systems. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Information Security, Computer Science, or a closely related field. They must have a strong record of published research findings in top-tier journals and highly reputable conferences in the areas of Information Security, Intelligent Systems, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Additionally, they should demonstrate research capabilities to develop and maintain research grants in the above-mentioned areas. Conducting Interdisciplinary research in fields where Secure Intelligent Systems can be applied is a plus. Innovative teaching skills, along with experience in blended learning and other interactive teaching methodologies, are highly desired. CIT offers undergraduate programs in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering.
