•The dietitian interviewers are responsible for conducting 24-hour food recalls from members of Emirati and non-Emirati households (adults, children, and adolescents) in the homes of the participating families •Administer questionnaires to the survey participants •Measure the height and weight of two members from each household

•Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition or closely related field •Native Arabic speakers and Fluency in English •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Computer skills •Ability to use nutrition software

•Previous research experience. •Owns a car •Ability to complete the interviews of at least 50 participants each month •United Arab Emirates University with a nutrition/dietetics background who are not currently working or not working in the field of nutrition are welcome to participate in this project to gain practical experience. •We are looking for people who will be committed to working on the research project
