Main duties: 1. Assist in research projects and Red palm weevil colony maintenance: - Weevil diet preparation: synthetic diet cooking and sugarcane processing - Egg and 1st instar larvae collection - Individual larvae transfer to fresh food until pupation - Pupa collection and processing for adults 2. Handling of workshop equipment and manipulation of all stages of the red palm weevil 3. Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory 4. Collect and log rearing data
