Job Description

"Receiving correspondence, directing phone calls, handling requests and inquiries appropriately, providing initial services and support, as well as organizing and scheduling administrative tasks Specialized Tasks: Maintain the center director's agenda and organize their meetings and communications. Handle the execution of correspondence, phone calls, and respond to inquiries from the local community related to Mouza bint Suhail Center for Exceptional Children. Prepare correspondence on behalf of the center director and present them for review and approval. Maintain data related to the center and human resource management (contracts, evaluations, assignments, etc.). Plan strategies and promotional campaigns for the center. Arrange visits and schedule sessions in collaboration with unit heads and parents."

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in / Management or an equivalent in a related field or a Diploma in Management or an equivalent in a related field,

Preferred Qualification

MA in management or Related field

Expected Skills

a minimum of two years of administrative work experience."
