Job Description

1. Issue purchase orders, encumbrances, tenders & petty cash requests 2. Manage and process the following stated requests that comes from the Students Affairs organizations: o Hospitality o Toners o Stationery o Gifts o Attending conferences o Travel request o Hotel services o Overtime request o Trainers Payment 3. Manage the following Students Affairs Annual Contracts and proceed with their monthly invoices: o Food Services Contract o Medical Services Contract o General Assistants Contract o Sport Services Contract o Symplicity Contract 4. Effectively & efficiently participate and following up the budget implementation of the Students Affairs and promptly respond in following up on request received in this regard. 5. Preparing, following-up and closing all financial transactions related to the Students Affairs according to the policies and procedures and working as a comprehensive representation of the Financial Affairs Department in the APSA Office. 6. Manage the Ministry of Education invoices such as the Ethiopian and the Eritrean students that includes their monthly stipend, the expenses of visa (entry permission) tickets, insurance card, residency visa etc.. and following up with the MOE to pay these outstanding invoices

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualification

Preferred candidates with experience of one year or more Experience in financial matters and budget allocation across administrative units
