Job Description

The College of Medicine and Health Sciences seeks a Graduate Studies Administrator who will provide support to graduate students to facilitate the achievement of their academic objectives and complete course/program requirements, refer students to special University services as needed, help students understand University relevant policies and procedures and understand the nature and purpose of higher education.

Minimum Qualification

BSc in Business Administration or relevant field

Preferred Qualification

BSc in Business Administration or relevant field

Expected Skills

• Entry-level work experience in administration, preferably higher education administration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Arabic • Accuracy and attention to details • Strong organizational and administrational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
