The Department of Medical Education at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences seeks a Medical Research Specialist to develop a user-friendly platform for the curriculum management system, assessment management system, and medical education quality improvement system including the following modules: Curriculum Alignment, Scheduling, Assessment Blueprint Development, Assessment items generation and review, Exam creation, Exam delivery, Psychometric analysis, Quality improvement, Student and Faculty portfolio.

BSc in Computer Sciences or relevant field

• MSc in Computer Sciences or relevant field • Extensive experience in medical educational resources and platform development for education • Knowledge of web-based platform development for medical education • Knowledge of medical education assessment

• Skills in web-based platform development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Accuracy and attention to details • Strong organizational and administrational skills • Ability to work as part of a team
