Job Description

The post doc candidate should have the following requirements: 1- Holding a PhD in Organic or in Inorganic Chemistry or Environmental science or Material science (preferably, freshly graduated). 2- Experience in the synthesis of different energy related materials such as lead-free perovskite, different kinds of Quantum dots for photocatalytic and/or electrophotocatalytic and/or photothermocatalytic applications. 3- Track record of publications in reputed journals. 4- Experience in the characterization of different materials using different tools such as UV-Vis, PL, PXRD, TGA, FTIR, Raman, NMR, SEM/EDX, N2- adsorption/ desorption, and BET analysis. 5- Experience in using different software such as: • Operating Systems & Scripting: Linux, Python, Bash Scripting, Machine Learning • Computational Chemistry Software: Gaussian16, CP2K, AMBER, LAMMPS • Visualization Tools: VESTA, VMD • Quantum Chemical Calculations 6- Experience in leading/mentoring small projects with undergraduate students. 7- Experience in national and international collaborations.

Minimum Qualification
