Projects Manager
The Project manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. The role involves directing project teams, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Project Manager also plays a key role in stakeholder communication, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvements. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of CMHS projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Develop and implement project strategies, objectives, and methodologies to ensure successful outcomes. Oversee project teams, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution. Ensure compliance with University standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices. Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and key stakeholders.
