The Senior Financial Analyst will support and report to the Director of the NSSTC in organizing and managing the financial aspects of all the projects. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in any or all of the facets of finance including but not limited to: work with project manager, team leads and admin staff, keep track of financial status of projects, maintain financial report and cost structure for project etc. Tasks and Responsibilities ▪ Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of NSSTC in terms of KPIs providing variance analysis, causality and corrective actions ▪ Support the Director for financial reporting to the funding Organizations ▪ Cost structure for NSSTC projects ▪ Ensure budget compliance and payment compliance for each project ▪ Review budget against actual performance periodically ▪ Cost Allocation for Projects and Labs under NSSTC ▪ Regular Monitoring and analysis of budgets for all NSSTC projects *Tasks and Responsibilities ▪ Prepare and disseminate periodic financial report to the funding agencies and concerned authorities ▪ Support financial auditing and external financial evaluation ▪ Facilitate and support procurement for the NSSTC in coordination with the project managers and Procurement Department ▪ Work closely with project managers and technical teams to access the financial aspect of all the projects ▪ Other tasks assigned by the Director of NSSTC

▪ Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics, or any relevant field ▪ 10 years of experience
