Administrator I
The DBA Program Administrator will oversee the administrative, operational, and coordination aspects of the Doctorate of Business Administration program. This role serves as a key liaison between faculty, doctoral candidates, program/college leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and high academic standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Higher Education Administration, or related field (Preferably Master's Degree) Experience in academic administration, preferably in graduate or doctoral programs Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with faculty and doctoral-level students
Master's Degree
Experience working with executive or professional doctoral programs Knowledge of accreditation standards and academic governance Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
