Job Description

This Full-time Postdoctoral Fellow position offers the opportunity to join the Marketing & Entrepreneurship Department within the College of Business and Economics at UAEU. Working under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), the successful candidate will contribute to research aligned with the strategic priorities of the College and the University. The role involves supporting and advancing high‑impact research projects with meaningful theoretical and managerial implications. Key areas of focus include consumer behavior and decision‑making, circular economy practices, entrepreneurial marketing, and technological solutions to sustainability‑related issues. The appointment is for one year, with the possibility of a 6-month extension. Minimum Qualification

PhD in Marketing / Consumer Behavior / Business Administration / Business Management / Entrepreneurship / Sustainability, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualification

Strong research skills with a proven record, or a pipeline, of research projects and/or publications in a related business discipline. Proven experience in using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods; mixed research design experience using surveys, experiments, interviews is preferred.

Expected Skills

Proficiency in using research analysis tools such as statistical packages and qualitative analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, SEM/AMOS, NVivo, advanced Excel skills, etc.). A passion for research and willingness to learn. Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Arabic (spoken) is preferred but is not essential. Ability to work with a team spirit, discipline, and purpose towards meeting tight deadlines.
