Alumni Affairs Executive

Job Description

• Maintain and update alumni databases in coordination with relevant stakeholders • Support engagement initiatives, partnerships, and alumni programs • Coordinate alumni events, meetings, workshops, and university activities • Manage alumni communication channels and respond to inquiries • Support development and updates of the alumni website and related systems • Assist in preparing reports, surveys, and alumni statistics • Coordinate with colleges and departments to support alumni-related initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned to support alumni affairs objectives

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualification

• Previous experience in student services or university administration • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work collaboratively across departments • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
