Job Description

Synthesize and optimize lead-free double perovskite materials. Fabricate and optimize perovskite solar cell devices using thin-film processing techniques. Integrate MXene/CoS nanocomposites as transport and interfacial layers in photovoltaic architectures. Perform structural, optical, electrical, and electrochemical characterization of materials and devices. Conduct photovoltaic measurements. Investigate charge transport, defect passivation, and interfacial recombination mechanisms. Analyze experimental data and prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, and conference presentations. Assist in supervising graduate students and maintaining laboratory activities. Contribute to high-impact publications, patent development, and future grant applications.

Minimum Qualification

A PhD/master's in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Nanotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline

Preferred Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Lead-free perovskite materials Interface engineering in photovoltaic devices Time-resolved spectroscopy or photophysics Device stability analysis Computational modeling (DFT, VASP, CP2K) Glovebox-based device fabrication
