Financial Assets Analyst
Job Description
Responsible for maintaining accurate fixed asset records, reviewing depreciation, reconciling asset data with financial systems, and analyzing asset utilization and performance. The role also supports asset registration, transfers, disposals, annual inventory, property insurance, management reporting, and internal and external audits.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor of Finance and Banking
Preferred Qualification
Experience in fixed asset accounting or asset management, with knowledge of depreciation, reconciliations, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and applicable accounting standards.
